In some cases, an initial assessment may be possible based on photos, videos, or a description of the issue. However, certain problems can only be accurately evaluated after the watch has been physically inspected by our technicians.
If a paid repair is required, no work will proceed until the customer has been informed of the proposed solution and any applicable costs.
