Customers located outside Italy may be asked to ship their watch to our service facility for inspection or repair.
Before sending a watch internationally, we recommend contacting our support team to receive the appropriate shipping instructions and documentation requirements.
In most warranty cases, once the issue has been preliminarily assessed and approved, shipping arrangements may be organized at our expense.
However, all warranty requests remain subject to technical inspection upon receipt of the watch.
If the inspection determines that the issue is not covered by warranty and results from accidental damage, improper use, unauthorized modifications, impact damage, water intrusion caused by improper handling, or other non-warranty conditions, a repair estimate will be provided for the customer's approval.
Acceptance of the estimate is entirely optional.
If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the watch can be returned in its original condition. In such cases, we reserve the right to recover any shipping, customs, handling, or logistics costs that were initially covered on the assumption of a valid warranty claim.
Depending on the destination country, customs procedures and transit times may affect the overall repair timeline.
