How are price differences handled?

If the exchanged product has a higher price than the original purchase, the difference must be paid before the replacement order is shipped.

If the exchanged product has a lower price, the remaining balance will be converted into store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

Price differences are calculated based on the final purchase values at the time the exchange request is confirmed.

Additional shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, or currency conversion differences may also apply depending on the destination country and replacement product.
