Can I exchange a limited edition?

Limited edition products may be eligible for exchange depending on availability at the time the request is processed.

Because many limited releases are produced in restricted quantities, replacement units may not always be available once a collection has sold out.

In these situations, alternative solutions may be evaluated individually by our support team, including exchanges toward other available models where applicable.

Customized or personalized limited editions are generally not eligible for exchange.
