Orders placed directly with Venezianico at watch fairs, exhibitions, pop-up events, or any other in-person event are considered in-person purchases. What determines whether the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies is where the sales contract is concluded, not how or when the watch is delivered.

If your order is completed in person at one of our events, the subsequent shipment of the watch is simply the fulfilment of that contract and does not change its legal nature. For this reason, orders placed in person cannot be cancelled or returned under the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance (online) sales.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If your watch develops a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.
