How should I package my return shipment?

To ensure your watch arrives safely, we recommend reusing the original shipping box whenever possible.

Our shipping boxes are designed with a double adhesive strip, making them easy to reuse for returns while providing the same level of protection used during delivery.

If the original shipping box is no longer available, please use a sturdy cardboard box of similar size and ensure that all items are properly protected during transit.

Please include:

• The watch
• Any additional straps included with your order
• Original accessories and packaging
• A copy of the return instructions, if provided

Returns shipped in inadequate packaging may be damaged during transport. We therefore recommend using secure packaging and sufficient protective material to prevent movement inside the box.
