How long is the warranty period?

All watches are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.

During this period, customers may submit a warranty claim if they believe the watch has developed a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty.

To facilitate the evaluation process, any issue should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after it is discovered.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.
