What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling of the product.

Examples of issues generally not covered include:

• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic wear
• Damage caused by impacts or drops
• Damage resulting from improper use
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Wear of straps, bracelets, coatings, or consumable components
• Damage resulting from failure to follow water resistance guidelines

Water damage is evaluated individually to determine whether it resulted from a manufacturing defect or improper use of the watch.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our technical team.
