Warranty claims and refund requests are managed separately.
The purpose of a warranty claim is to restore the product to its intended functionality through inspection, repair, replacement, or other appropriate corrective actions.
Once a customer chooses to proceed with a warranty service request, replacement request, or repair process, this cannot subsequently be converted into a refund request.
Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal should do so within the applicable return period and before initiating a warranty procedure.
