If local duties, taxes, or customs charges are refused by the recipient, the carrier may refuse delivery and return the shipment to our facility.
In these situations, any costs incurred during the return process may be deducted from the final refund amount, including:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs handling fees
- Storage charges
- Duties and taxes advanced by the carrier
- Other logistics-related expenses
If a shipment remains held by customs and cannot be returned, a refund may not be possible.
If you have questions regarding customs charges, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before refusing delivery so that we can help identify the best available solution.
