Why duties and taxes may not be refundable

Duties, import taxes, customs fees, and similar charges paid for orders delivered outside the European Union are non-refundable.

For international orders shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) conditions, these charges are often prepaid as part of the final order total and are collected by customs authorities and logistics providers during the import process.

Once customs clearance has been completed, these amounts cannot be recovered or reimbursed by us in the event of a return or refund request.
