If a package is refused at delivery or rejected during customs clearance, the shipment may be returned to our facility by the carrier.
In these situations, return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, storage fees, or handling costs imposed by logistics providers or customs authorities may still apply and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Because international shipments involve third-party carriers and customs agencies, refused deliveries can generate significant operational and transportation costs even if the package is not accepted by the recipient.
We therefore strongly recommend contacting our support team before refusing a shipment so that we can help evaluate the best available solution.
