Customized, personalized, bespoke, made-to-order, or other on-demand products are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes any item manufactured, assembled, modified, engraved, or otherwise produced specifically at the customer's request, including personalized configurations or custom specifications.

As these products are made exclusively for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.
