Returned products must be in like-new condition, unused, and complete with their original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any protective films, where present, must remain intact.

If you are unsure about the size or model, we recommend not requesting bracelet sizing until you have decided to keep the watch. Once the bracelet has been resized, the watch can generally no longer be resold as new, which may affect your eligibility for a return. To check the fit, there is no need to remove any links. Simply place the watch on your wrist and hold the bracelet closed by hand.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Products showing signs of use, damage, scratches, tampering, missing components, or any modifications from their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
