Because pre-orders may remain active for several weeks or months before shipment, shipping address changes are generally possible before fulfillment operations begin.
Customers who need to update their shipping information should contact our support team as early as possible and provide:
- Order number
- Updated shipping address
- Contact phone number if required
Once the order has entered the shipping preparation or fulfillment phase, address modifications may no longer be possible.
If the order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, available products may be shipped separately according to the standard shipping timeline, while the pre-order item will be shipped once production has been completed.
