If a pre-order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, the refund will be processed shortly after the cancellation request has been confirmed.

After this period, it may no longer be possible to cancel the pre-order before delivery. Pre-orders are used to plan production batches, procure components, and allocate manufacturing resources based on the number of confirmed orders received. Once production planning has begun, materials and production capacity are committed specifically to fulfilling those pre-orders, meaning that subsequent cancellations may affect the manufacturing process.

An exception applies to limited edition models offered exclusively through a single pre-order window, after which the model is permanently discontinued. These models are produced solely on the basis of confirmed pre-orders and are neither manufactured for stock nor scheduled for future production runs. Confirmation of a pre-order initiates the production process, including component procurement, planning of artisanal manufacturing, and allocation of dedicated resources. As each confirmed order directly contributes to the viability of the entire production run, orders can no longer be cancelled once production has commenced.

For all other products purchased through pre-order, customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal following delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligible pre-order products may therefore be returned within 14 days of delivery by following our standard return procedure, provided the returned item meets the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the returned product has been received and inspected.
