Pre-order cancellation and refund policy

If a pre-order is cancelled within 24 hours from purchase, the refund will be issued shortly after the cancellation request has been confirmed.

After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible prior to delivery. Pre-orders are used to plan production batches, allocate components, and organize manufacturing resources based on the number of confirmed orders received. Once production planning has been finalized, materials and operational resources are reserved specifically for those pre-orders.

For this reason, late cancellations may impact the production process and overall allocation planning.

However, customers always retain the legal right of withdrawal after delivery.

Pre-ordered products may therefore be returned within 14 days from the delivery date according to the standard return procedure, provided that the returned item meets the applicable return conditions.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method once the returned item has been received and verified.
