When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours from the time the order is placed.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

• European Union: 1–2 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
• United States: 2–3 business days
• Other countries: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

For pre-orders, shipping timelines differ from standard orders. Please refer to the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page at the time of purchase, as this represents the expected date on which the order will leave our warehouse, not the delivery date.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and all shipment details.
