Yes.
Routine servicing is typically performed after the expiration of the 2-year warranty period. As a result, having a watch serviced by a qualified independent watchmaker after the warranty has expired does not affect warranty coverage, as the warranty period has already ended.
For watches equipped with widely used Swiss or Japanese movements, routine servicing can generally be performed by any competent professional watchmaker with experience servicing mechanical watches.
However, watches equipped with our proprietary Made in Italy V5000 movement and its derivatives feature a unique architecture that may require specialized knowledge, procedures, and components.
For these movements, we recommend contacting our support team before arranging service. Depending on your location, we may be able to coordinate the work directly through our Atelier or through one of our approved service partners worldwide.
If you are unsure which movement is installed in your watch, our support team will be happy to assist.
