In most cases, an automatic watch stops because the mainspring no longer contains sufficient stored energy.
This may occur if the watch has not been worn for an extended period or if daily activity levels are not sufficient to maintain the power reserve.
To restart the watch, we recommend manually winding the movement approximately 20-30 turns through the crown before wearing it. This provides an initial power reserve and allows the movement to operate efficiently.
Once the watch is running, normal wrist movement will continue to replenish the power reserve during daily wear.
If the watch stops frequently despite regular wear and adequate winding, additional inspection may be required.
Should the issue persist, our support team will be happy to assist.
