Can I request a tax refund?

Tax refund services may be available for customers residing outside the European Union when purchasing products directly at our Atelier.

To qualify, the purchase must be completed in person at the Atelier and must comply with all applicable tax-free shopping requirements. The transaction must be processed through the appropriate tax refund procedure at the time of purchase and supported by the corresponding fiscal documentation issued on-site.

Because each tax-free transaction must be linked to a fiscal receipt generated directly by the Atelier, tax refunds cannot be applied to online orders, remotely paid orders, or orders that were placed in advance and later collected at the Atelier.
