Small traces of temporary condensation may occasionally appear when a watch experiences rapid temperature changes, such as moving from a cold environment into a warm and humid one.
In many cases, minor condensation will disappear naturally after temperatures stabilize.
However, persistent condensation, visible water droplets, or moisture that remains inside the watch for an extended period should be reported to our support team as soon as possible.
Moisture inside a watch may result from a variety of factors, including environmental conditions, improper handling, accidental exposure to water, an incompletely secured crown, normal wear of sealing components, or other causes that require technical evaluation.
Continued exposure to moisture may affect the movement and other internal components, making prompt inspection advisable.
