What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve a watch before it becomes immediately available for shipment.

Many of our models are produced in limited quantities or through scheduled production batches. Pre-ordering guarantees access to a specific model before it sells out.

Estimated delivery windows are always indicated on the product page before purchase. Once production is completed and quality control checks are finalized, orders are shipped in chronological order.

Pre-orders are commonly used for:

• Special configurations
• High-demand releases
